What is Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy?
Inside a pressurised soft-shell chamber, pressure is raised to 1.5 ATA and oxygen concentration reaches 93 to 98 percent. At this combination, oxygen dissolves directly into blood plasma, cerebrospinal fluid and lymph, bypassing the haemoglobin system entirely. Tissues saturate with oxygen, including areas with poor circulation or post-injury hypoxia.

Why we recommend 3 months minimum
The most cited modern HBOT research, published in Aging (2020) by Dr Shai Efrati and colleagues at Tel Aviv University, found that 60 daily HBOT sessions over approximately 3 months produced measurable increases in telomere length and significant reductions in senescent T-cells in healthy adults.
This is why our minimum rental is 2 months, with 3 months recommended. A 2 week or 1 month rental will not deliver the cellular regeneration benefits seen in the research. To get the full protocol, you need daily access at home, every day for the full course.

Common questions
Is HBOT at home safe?
Soft-shell chambers operating at 1.5 ATA have an excellent safety profile for healthy adults. We complete a brief health screen before delivery and provide full training on site. Standard contraindications include untreated pneumothorax, certain ear conditions and some medications.
How much space do I need?
Each chamber has different dimensions, shown in the chamber section above. As a guide: the Pod needs roughly a 5ft cube of space, the Capsule is similar in footprint to a single bed, the Triangle suits a corner of a larger room, and the Mango is the most compact option.
What are the power requirements?
A standard UK 240v plug socket on a 5A fuse. We supply an RCD adapter for safe use. No special wiring or installation required.
How long does setup take each session?
Around 2 minutes. The chamber inflates to operating pressure in about 5 to 10 minutes once you are inside, sessions run 60 to 90 minutes at target pressure.
Why a 2 month minimum, 3 months recommended?
The Tel Aviv telomere study used 60 daily sessions across approximately 3 months. Shorter rentals do not deliver the cellular regeneration benefits seen in the research. We have set the minimum at 2 months as a workable floor for recovery and injury protocols, with 3 months recommended for longevity goals.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Rentals can be extended monthly after your initial term. Many clients extend from 3 to 6 or 12 months once they see the results.
What if the chamber develops a fault?
Direct phone and WhatsApp support throughout your rental. Most issues are resolved over the phone. If anything needs hardware attention we will arrange it promptly.
